APC Consulting & Services LLC (APCCS) specializes in using APC and inferential software to improve the operation and profitability of continuous processing units. We provide professional engineering services to implement APC turn-key projects or a revamp of the existing APC applications.

• Advanced Process Control:  With significant experience in  Aspen's Manufacturing Suite (DMCplus, DMC3 and AspenIQ). for most of the refinery process units, e.g., CDU, RFCC, FCC, CCR, HDS, Alkylation plant, HCU, Light-Ends, DCU, and Mogas blending.

• Perform APC benefits study to identify opportunities for APC project implementation with an excellent ROI.

• Turn-key Application Implementation:
  • Application Assessment, Preliminary Engineering Design, Process Unit(s) Evaluation, Detailed Design, Implementation, Documentation, and Training. a

• Joint Projects Involving Customer Resources:
